Thank you for shopping with sandraji.com. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. Orders are dispatched from our Delhi location. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas and Tier-3 locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, festive seasons, courier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track the status of your shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If you are unavailable during all attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at info@sandraji.com to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:
- Refuse to accept the delivery if possible, or
- Take clear photos of the package and contents immediately upon opening, and
- Contact us at info@sandraji.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
